Activity Checklist

Click PDF or Excel (with extended details but not for printing) for a checklist of all activities we are offering during the event. We suggest you use this tool to help you plan your activities before you register. .
The registration system is very picky with overlapping time slots. Confirm you do not double book yourself by selecting activities in the same time slot.
This checklist is preliminary and subject to change.

Informational Emails

Starting about two weeks before to the event you will receive a series of emails with valuable information about the event, such as transportation details and what to pack. They will be spaced out several days apart to allow people to digest the information. In case you miss an email, or for ease of reference, copies of the emails are available here.

Note: For members heading south on I-79 from the Pittsburgh area to camp, continue south on I-79 to I-68 in the Morgantown area, rather than following your GPS, to avoid extensive driving on narrow winding roads.
